After installing WordPress on your site, customize it. Use a new theme (find one!) Add some plugins/widgets. Add some posts to your blog, include media within the posts which make use of the plugins!
e.g. include a flash video (FLV) within you post. You will need to install a FLV player (plugin/widget) to make this work.
