When you install wordpress, one of the settings is DB HOST which it says 99% of the time works fine. In order to get Wordpress to work with your Digiweb hosted account you will have to specify the DB host name that they use:
mysql1.hosting.digiweb.ie:3306
So edit the file "wp-config.php" to include the host details above and FTP to the correct folder on your Digiweb account. Then re-run the install
